Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request private access, list a property, or message us, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, the area or residence you are interested in, your budget, and any property details and photos you submit. We also receive standard technical data from your browser, such as the pages you visit.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your request, to shortlist and present residences, to arrange viewings, and to carry out a sale or lease you ask us to handle. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who sees it

Your request is handled by the Royal Properties team. We share only what is necessary with a property owner, developer, building administration or the other party's broker to progress a transaction you have asked for, and with service providers that host our website, forms and email. Owners who share a residence privately are not given your details until you agree to a viewing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a conversation are deleted after 30 days. Records of clients we have worked with are kept for as long as required by law and professional regulation, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent, object to processing, request deletion, or lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Security

Data is stored in access-controlled accounts and transmitted over encrypted connections. Our website uses no advertising trackers. Maps are rendered from map tiles that may be loaded from a third party.
